The J36 will allow you to move the ball high to low, or left to right and all points in between. I had hit both the M1 and M2 irons last year during a fitting day, but did not like either. The tapered sole design is really a tremendous asset. Even the most discerning forged iron users will have no problem switching to these cavity backs. Better players tend to be aggressive with short irons, taking a substantial divot while sweeping long irons with more of a shallow swing. Felt nice and substantial without being heavy. So coming from both bridvestone single digit, and a high double-digit, the M1 won this battle of wills.

Golfer's Who Dislike Computers. Bridgestone j36 irons are superb but hard to find in Canada. If I had my druthers I would put the M1 in the bag as it stands now.

The bridgewtone and design really stand out and really give these clubs a cool, modern look. Not a fan — Looks very good at address with the brushed finish — Most shots I hit with it seemed to fall out of the sky very likely a lack of spin.

Damn, yards with a 7 iron! I like the design of the M1 and its visual appearance at address. The Best Super Game-Improvement irons of Very forgiving on slight mishits. Very high and lands soft — yards longer on average vs my 7 iron, it even had the horsepower to hang with my 6 iron — VERY brjdgestone on thin strikes.

Overall, I thought the M1 and M2 are pretty good looking, but I bridgestond definitely give the edge to the M1. This is right in line with the typical miss for a better player which tends to be high and low on the face rather than away form center. One other note was that the M2 had a clicky feel at impact. I find it easier to set up and bgidgestone clubs with less offset, so I like this a lot.

Waited for the ball to come down and WTH, with the roll out it was yards longer than balls hit with M1, and that is with a few toe shots. I hit one of the most solid shots of the day, and it landed just a few feet away from the pin.

There is a nice weight through the swing. That is about to change. The muscle on the J36 enhances the feel — a minimal cavity and plenty of mass behind the ball provide a very solid feel at birdgestone.

I have these J36 irons in all pockey cavity style. The design is great in and of itself, and it also makes it easier to play a Tour World combo set. The tapered sole design can be seen comparing the 9, 6, and 3 irons.
